They helped suggest label printers that would suit our needs, printed our labels on various label stock so that we could test the labels, and even sent us custom videos showing speed comparisons of our labels being printed on various printers. When we needed to order a printer in a time-crunch, they were able to get the printer to us TWO DAYS after we ordered it! They were also happy to help with any installation/setup challenges and are a breeze to order consumables from, unlike other companies we've dealt with. This is top-notch, all-around service.
