What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If you need to order via P.O., please call us at 1-800-268-7636 (toll free) or 780-434-9152, Monday-Friday from 7:30am - 4pm MST and someone will help you to place your order.

What if something isn’t in stock? Do you back order and how does that work?  

We have a very a large inventory so being out of stock is a rare occurrence. Our online store is for items we normally have in stock. Please call us at 1-800-268-7636 (toll free) or 780-434-9152 from 7:30am - 4pm MST to place an order for items you don't see listed on our site.

Where do you ship from?

Our office is located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

Where do you ship to?

We mainly ship to Canadian locations but have filled orders all across North America.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we provide free shipping to Canadian destinations on orders of $100 or more.

Who do you ship through?

We ship by Canada Post, Purolator or UPS across Canada. Alternatively, you can arrange for your own carrier to pick up from our warehouse in Edmonton.

What are my shipping options?

You’ll be able to select from 3 Canada Post and 3 UPS shipping options during the checkout process.

What is the average shipping time?

We process all orders same-day as long as orders are placed by 1pm MST. Transit time depends on the shipping option you select and whether or not you are living in a major city.

Returns & Exchanges:

How do I make a return or exchange?

An authorization is required for returns or exchanges. Call us at 1-800-268-7636 (toll free) or 780-434-9152 or email info@neumannmarking.com for assistance.

What is your return policy?

If the item is in its original, unopened packaging, a 15% restocking fee applies. The return must be processed within 30 days of ordering. Return shipping charges apply. Special orders cannot be returned.

What is your exchange policy?

If the item is in its original, unopened packaging, and the exchange is processed within 10 days there is no restocking fee. If the exchange is processed after 10 days, a 15% restocking fee applies, up to a maximum return limit of 30 days from the date of order. Return shipping charges apply. Special orders cannot be exchanged.
