On-site service and maintenance is initiated by Afinia Support and provided by a third-party technician. Service is limited to certain postal codes which fall into three pricing zones: Zone 1 is standard pricing, Zone 2 has a 15% upcharge, Zone 3 has a 30% upcharge.
